What this site does (and doesn't) collect

umphreys.com itself does not have accounts, forms, or a checkout — there's nowhere on this site to submit personal information directly. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept briefly for security and operational purposes.

Ticket & umVIP purchases

Tickets and umVIP packages are sold through third-party ticketing and fulfillment partners (such as Seated), not by this website. When you purchase a ticket or umVIP package, the name and email you provide go directly to that partner so they can deliver your order and package details — see their own privacy policy for how they handle your information.

These are used to render the site itself rather than to track you across other sites, but each is operated by a separate company under its own privacy policy.

We also use analytics and advertising tags — including Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager), the Meta Pixel, and similar tracking pixels from ad and social platforms (for example Google Ads or similar services) — which may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and general device/browser information.
